This will mean that you no longer need to worry about void periods, rent arrears, tenant evictions or maintenance costs.

Step-by-step guide to rent guarantee by Locus Estates

  • Agreement is made in regards to the fixed monthly rental income and the duration of the contract
  • Landlord signs over the property to Locus Estates
  • Check in Inventory carried out by Locus Estates
  • Monthly standing order set up for the rent payments to be made to landlord
  • All aspects of the property management are carried out by Locus Estates on a daily basis without getting the landlord involved hence making it trouble-free.
  • At the end of the tenancy, check out inventory is carried out and property is returned landlord.
